AnimalChat is a platform for communication between animal owners and veterinary providers: an AI assistant answers questions around the clock, and every message, call and report is attached to the animal rather than to an inbox.
One paragraph
AnimalChat was founded in 2019 by Sebastian Wilkes and Dr Heinrich Wilkes and grew out of a vet's daily practice. The platform solves a problem every veterinary practice knows: communication with animal owners eats the time that should go to animals. Owners use a free app with one thread per animal and the AI assistant AnimalCoach, which puts questions in context and points to the practice. Practices and clinics get a messenger with context on the animal, reports from dictation, and a phone assistant that takes calls when nobody can pick up. AnimalChat is operated by Animalpool GmbH in Reken, North Rhine-Westphalia.

Anyone writing or designing for us with a language model gives it the briefing — in full, not summarised. It holds the tone, the verified figures and, above all, what must not be claimed.

What we ask
The logo stays as it is
No custom colours, no shadows, no outlines, no rebuild in another typeface. Leave clear space of at least the height of the mark.
Only the figures listed above
Anything else is a guess, however plausible it sounds. Language models are especially prone to inventing here.
Screenshots show invented practices
Names of practices, animals and owners are made up. A real business appears only with its consent.
On emergencies we point to the practice
AnimalChat does not replace a veterinary examination. Where emergencies are concerned, the text names the practice and the veterinary emergency service — not us.
