No. It makes no diagnoses and doesn’t decide on urgency. How much it answers without approval is up to you — and can differ outside opening hours.
All staff can use AnimalChat internally at no extra cost. Anyone who advises pet owners needs their own seat in the plan. Chats can be organised and filtered with labels.
Calls you can’t take are forwarded to Nora. She takes the request, assigns it to the right animal and files it in the same thread as chat and report. Nora does not hold conversations. A number of your own costs €99 setup and €39 a month.
From €29 a month on the Single plan billed yearly, with the first 14 days free. AI usage is billed by consumption from a credit balance. On consultations you bill through AnimalChat, we keep 8 %. All plans are on the pricing page.
